A growing plaintiff-side employment law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate specialized in Labor & Employment. The ideal candidate has 2-5+ years of experience, manages various cases from intake to resolution, and collaborates closely with clients and senior attorneys. This role offers a competitive salary between $140K and $200K, along with a flexible remote work environment and growth opportunities within the firm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employment litigation experience, preferably on the plaintiff side.
• Active member of the California Bar.
• Experience with PAGA and wage & hour class actions is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from intake through resolution, including discovery and trial prep.

About the Firm

A growing plaintiff‑side employment law firm in Glendale is seeking a talented Labor & Employment Attorney with 2-5+ years of experience to join our team. We represent employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment cases, as well as wage & hour class actions and PAGA representative actions.

Responsibilities

• Handle a mix of single-plaintiff and PAGA/class action employment cases
• Manage cases from intake through resolution, including discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial prep
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Work closely with clients and collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active member of the California Bar
• 2+ years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff‑side preferred)
• Experience with PAGA and wage & hour class actions strongly preferred
• Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
• Passion for advocating for employee rights
