Job summary

ProService Hawaii is seeking a licensed attorney to advise employers across Hawaii on HR compliance, investigations, and regulatory questions. You will translate complex laws (EEOC, ADA, FMLA, wage and hour) into practical guidance for clients.

In this role you will work with cross-functional teams and a Chief Counsel, handle investigations, draft memos, and maintain client relationships in Salesforce. This hybrid/remote position offers strong compensation and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Hawaii or eligibility to do so.
• Experience advising clients on HR compliance matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex HR and employment compliance matters, translating regulations into actionable guidance.
• Guide employers through workplace investigations and respond to agency inquiries.
• Develop claim-prevention strategies to reduce harassment and discrimination risk.
• Provide internal legal support including contract review and drafting memos.
• Monitor evolving employment regulations and update client recommendations.
• Manage a portfolio of client relationships with defined timelines in Salesforce.
