We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an Employment Attorney in New Jersey with remote work flexibility. The role focuses on employment and labor matters in the public sector, including disciplinary matters, investigations, and compliance with state and federal laws.

The attorney will gain hands-on exposure to litigation and advisory work, manage disputes from start to finish, and contribute to case strategy and risk mitigation while drafting and reviewing tribunal pleadings and settlement

Qualifications

• Experience in employment law for public sector clients is required.
• Ability to draft and review tribunal pleadings and settlement agreements.
• Strong legal research and case strategy development skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment and labour matters in the public sector, including investigations and discrimination claims.
• Support and manage disputes from inception through resolution, including hearings and arbitrations.
• Develop case strategy and provide proactive risk management guidance to clients.
• Draft and oversee key legal documents and advisory policies to ensure client objectives are met.
