Located all throughout California, we are a dynamic and results-driven law firm specializing in employment law, including defending employers in complex litigation and administrative actions. We are committed to providing top-notch legal representation and strategic counsel to our clients. We are seeking an experienced and motivated PAGA Defense Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, with a focus on defending employers against claims brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). The attorney will handle all phases of PAGA cases, from initial assessment and strategy development to resolution.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 8+ years of experience in employment law, with a focus on PAGA or class/representative actions.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in discovery and motion practice.
• Commitment to client service and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience defending PAGA claims or representing employers in employment litigation.
• Familiarity with California wage and hour laws and regulatory compliance.
• Mediation or negotiation experience.
