Job summary

Marketplace Chaplains is seeking Chaplains to serve employees and their families as frontline ministry staff. This remote role supports client worksites with weekly visits where possible and expects flexibility as needs vary.

You will provide confidential pastoral discussions, spiritual guidance, and referrals for life challenges, grief support, and family matters. Strong interpersonal skills and professional diplomacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in an interfaith setting and respect diverse beliefs.

• Active driver's license and state minimum auto insurance.
