Job summary

AC Disaster Consulting (ACDC) is seeking Individual Assistance Case Managers & Leads to support disaster-impacted communities across Washington. The role is hourly, full-time or part-time, with up to 25% travel and remote work-site locations, home base agreed at hire.

Responsibilities include survivor-centered case management, navigating assistance programs, and coordinating with partners to enable safe recovery. Requires strong communication, organization, and knowledge of government programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in emergency management or case management preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Case Management team and perform all duties as assigned.
• Attend meetings and conference calls with clients and homeowners.
• Attend training on program requirements and apply all policies and procedures as required.
• Manage individual workload of case management; ensure productivity and compliant processing.
• Understand program needs, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Review records for inconsistencies, investigate and resolve issues with analysis and customer service skills.
• Communicate, resolve, and escalate problems according to proper protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
