Job summary

AC Disaster Consulting (ACDC) is hiring for Individual Assistance Case Managers & Leads. The role is hourly, temporary, and non-exempt, with a wage between $25 and $30 per hour and up to 25% travel in Washington state.

Successful candidates will be local to Spokane or Lakewood WA and must have at least one year of relevant case management or disaster recovery experience, with a high school diploma or equivalent required. Remote work site includes home location flexibility at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide survivor-centered case management to disaster-affected individuals.

• Communicate with clients, document services, and maintain records.
• Travel to client sites as needed up to 25% of time.
