Job summary

Rhythm Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Marketing Associate - EMEA to expand our brand across European markets. You will develop materials, manage digital content, and support events and localized campaigns from a remote US/EU collaboration hub.

The role reports to the VP of Marketing and GM EMEA, blending content creation with market dynamics and regulatory nuance. Candidates should have 3–5 years in marketing and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing and campaign development.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Experience with multi-channel campaigns across email, landing pages, digital/print advertising and social media.
• Healthcare exposure or interest in medical devices or respiratory care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing Rhythm Healthcare’s annual global marketing plan across EMEA markets.
• Develop marketing materials, messaging, and collateral for local European languages and regulatory nuances.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and healthcare comms best practices in Europe.
• Maintain local database records and contact information within HubSpot.
• Conceptualize, write, and structure content for digital/printed collateral and presentations.
• Collaborate with external designers to execute final layouts and assets.
• Manage direct marketing communications targeting providers, physicians, and patient populations.
• Support website internationalization efforts and HubSpot campaigns across regions.
• Contribute to Phase 2 of the BigCommerce site rollout with localized copy.
