Job summary

Rhythm Healthcare LLC seeks a Marketing Associate - EMEA to expand brand presence across Europe. You will develop materials, manage content, support events, and assist with website internationalization, reporting to the VP of Marketing. This role blends content creation with strategic market insights for Europe.

The ideal candidate has strong English and French skills, 3–5 years of marketing experience, and a proven ability to execute multi-channel campaigns across time zones.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, International Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• HubSpot Marketing Hub and HubSpot Content Hub certifications are highly recommended.
• 3–5 years of marketing and campaign development experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing Rhythm Healthcare’s global marketing plan across EMEA markets.
• Create marketing materials and collateral for local European preferences and regulatory nuances.
• Monitor European healthcare trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain local HubSpot records and CRM workflows.
• Develop content for digital/print materials and presentations; support design assets.
• Contribute to phase 2 of BigCommerce site internationalization with localized copy.
• Build and monitor digital campaigns using HubSpot and track performance.
• Coordinate trade shows and events across Europe; manage pre/post-event outreach.
• Engage patient and provider communities with targeted messaging and campaigns.
• Track marketing performance and prepare management reports.
