Job summary

Fresh Prints, an NYC-based custom apparel company, seeks an embroidery digitizing specialist to support vendors in the US via remote work. You’ll digitize embroidery files, manage orders, and ensure quality across 25+ printers, acting as the first contact to resolve issues.

This role requires 1+ years in embroidery, experience with Wilcom or similar software, strong Excel skills, and excellent English. We offer a 2-month Sabbatical and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the computerized embroidery industry.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with an embroidery digitizing software (Wilcom, Ethos, SewArt, Embrilliance, etc.).
• Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Digitize embroidery files for our vendors, providing .DST files timely on all embroidery orders for Fresh Prints.
• Answer embroidery-related and logistical questions from all teams, providing real-time feedback and improving performance.
• Develop documentation around custom embroidery by creating articles and Excel sheets to organize data for all teams.
• Take ownership of projects to find value and drive improvements.
