Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking an Embedded Systems – Electrical Engineer/Principal to join a cross-functional product development team.

The role focuses on designing, testing, and validating embedded controls for welding machines, portable tools, and high‑pressure testing applications, with travel to US and international sites. You will collaborate with other departments to define features, meet schedules and budgets, and ensure robust hardware and software solutions through all

Qualifikationen

BSEE or equivalent in math/sciences; extensive software engineering proficiency.
10–15 years in software design (C++ or Python) in manufacturing.
10–15 years in digital/analog circuitry design.
Experience taking a project from concept to finished product.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

System Development: embedded software from concept to final execution.
Product lifecycle: develop software releases addressing customer issues.
Life Cycle Engineering: replace obsolete components.
Electrical/electronics design for new products; define PCB layouts.
Collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer requirements and schedules.
