Qualifications

• 3+ years of email and SMS marketing campaign management.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (SFMC, HubSpot).
• Strong segmentation, personalization, and testing skills.
• Regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with engagement and growth objectives.
• Develop audience-targeted content and messaging strategies that improve interaction and conversion.
• Build, maintain, and optimize automated workflows throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Partner with marketing, compliance, creative, and business teams to ensure messaging consistency and adherence to regulations.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide recommendations to improve engagement and conversion.
• Implement segmentation, personalization strategies, and testing methodologies to enhance results.
• Manage timelines and coordinate deliverables across stakeholders.
• Maintain evergreen content to keep messaging accurate and relevant.
• Stay informed on trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Conduct periodic reviews of campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Ensure all email and SMS communications comply with industry regulations and standards.
