Wishpond Technologies is hiring an Email Marketing Account Manager to own client relationships and lead B2B cold email campaigns using PersistIQ training. This is a client-facing role coordinating with fulfilment teams to deliver strategies.

You will translate business goals into clear marketing plans, track results, and present insights in easy-to-understand reports. Work remotely across time zones with a fast-growing SaaS company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management and digital marketing.
• Experience managing multiple client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of B2B client accounts and be the main contact.
• Translate client goals into actionable briefs for fulfilment teams.
• Collaborate with SDRs, Lead Gen, and copywriting to deliver campaigns.
• Track results, assess performance, and present insights in client reports.
• Identify risks, suggest improvements, and find upsell opportunities.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication.
• Ensure deliverables are on time and within budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
