Job summary

Merkle is seeking an Email Account Coordinator to join the Digital Messaging team and work with SMEs to execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for clients.

You will coordinate meetings, track campaigns, and manage multiple projects while delivering timely, accurate results and maintaining documentation.

Based in the USA with remote options, the role emphasizes upskilling in email platforms and project management tools to support clients’ marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client services / account management in an advertising agency, marketing company, or client-side marketing department.
• Working knowledge of online/offline creative development, digital/multichannel marketing, and email deployment platforms.
• Experience with marketing automation or customer engagement platforms is a plus (Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive development of email and production execution, producing timely and accurate campaigns.
• Coordinate meetings, track open jobs, and drive account management efforts including updating campaigns and documentation.
• Prioritize and manage multiple digital campaigns simultaneously.
• Support activities that drive execution of clients’ marketing strategy.
• Produce error-free work following standard operating procedures.
• Upskill in email platforms and project management tools relevant to execution.
• Monitor campaigns and pull post-launch metrics.
