Job summary

TEMCO is seeking an email designer to transform marketing strategy into high-converting email designs for Shopify brands. You will work with our retention team on campaigns, automated flows, and promos, using Figma to create mobile-first, brand-aligned emails that drive revenue.

Your role goes beyond visuals, ensuring readability, UX, and conversions, and you should confidently flag briefs that won’t work well. This contract, part-time role (15-25 hours/week), is remote.

Qualifications

• Experience designing emails for ecommerce brands.
• Ability to interpret briefs and flag non-viable copy or ideas.
• Strong understanding of how design affects readability, UX, and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Design all email campaigns and flows in Figma from briefs and copy, creating clear, conversion-focused layouts.
• Follow brand guidelines across emails with meticulous attention to detail.
• Build and maintain consistent visual systems for each brand.
