Job summary

BlueTuskr is seeking a Graphic Designer and Video Editor for ecommerce brands. You’ll design email campaigns, landing pages, homepage sections, and social/ad creative for ecommerce brands, collaborating with email, CRO, Shopify development, and paid media teams.

Remote, part‑time at 15 hours/week to start, with real room to grow as client roster expands. You’ll use Claude and other AI tools to speed ideation while keeping brand quality.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of ecommerce digital design experience (email, website, social)
• Portfolio showing ecommerce work with goals and results
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Hands-on experience using Claude and/or other AI tools in a design workflow
• Experience designing for web and supporting website creative (landing pages, site sections, PDPs)
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused design and ecommerce best practices
• Ability to follow and apply brand guidelines across multiple brands
• Strong written and spoken English for async communication with a US-based team

Responsibilities

• Design email campaigns, landing pages, homepage sections, and social assets for ecommerce brands
• Create conversion-focused layouts with clear hierarchy and strong CTAs
• Collaborate with email, CRO, Shopify dev, and paid media teams
• Produce dev-ready Figma files with organized layers and specs
