Job summary

Lantern Sol is seeking a creative email designer to craft responsive, high-converting emails for ecommerce brands and marketing agencies. You will collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and developers to bring brands to life while following deliverability best practices.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing responsive, visually stunning emails that perform


• Collaborating with copywriters, marketers, and developers


• Bringing brands to life while following best practices for UX, accessibility & deliverability


• Working with platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.


• Managing multiple design requests in a fast-paced, team-first environment

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience designing emails for eCommerce or agencies


• Strong skills in Figma, Photoshop, or similar tools


• Understanding of responsive email design across major ESPs


• Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality

Nice-to-haves:

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for emails


• Familiarity navigating Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
