Qualifications

• 4+ years of Marketing experience with focus on Campaign Development, Execution, and Project Management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in Email Marketing.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams to manage integrated or multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience managing complex workbacks with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and interdependencies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with one or more project management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project management and campaign execution support for integrated marketing initiatives across email, direct mail, and other channels.
• Manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, approvals, and follow-through to keep campaign workstreams on track.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners, vendors, and fulfillment teams to support launch readiness and timely execution.
• Support campaign planning activities, including workback schedules, documentation, stakeholder alignment, and status updates.
• Assist with creative review, quality control, campaign setup documentation, and post-launch follow-up to ensure accuracy and performance visibility.
