DTN seeks an Associate Weather Risk Analyst to join our Weather Operations team in Bloomington, MN. You will deliver high-quality weather analysis and forecast products to customers through text, verbal, and graphical content, emphasizing timeliness and accuracy.

The role requires strong meteorological expertise, the ability to work in a fast-paced schedule-driven environment, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure forecast accuracy and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology or related field.
• Strong synoptic analysis and forecasting skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and forecast key global weather patterns and atmospheric conditions.
• Develop and deliver detailed text and graphical weather content using DTN tools and datasets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure forecast accuracy, consistency, and product quality.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to weather graphics creation and distribution.
• Support continuous improvement of forecasting processes and operational workflows.
