Job summary

Harris Health seeks a visionary Vice President of Imaging Service Line to lead strategy, operations, growth, and performance across its imaging portfolio. The role encompasses inpatient and outpatient imaging, with accountability for quality, access, regulatory compliance, and financial health.

The VP will drive development and execution of a systemwide imaging strategy, including a coordinated outpatient division, to enhance access, patient experience, and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required; if not held, must be obtained within three years of hire.
• Certificate ARRT or ARDMS or NMTCB.
• Fifteen (15) years of healthcare imaging services experience with strategy development and market expansion.
• Ten (10) years of imaging management experience in academic medical centers or similar.
• Strong communication skills: verbal, public speaking, writing emails and reports.
• Analytical abilities, medical terminology knowledge, and statistical knowledge and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, operations, growth, and performance of imaging services system-wide.
• Provide executive leadership for inpatient and outpatient imaging operations, ensuring quality, access, and financial performance.
• Develop and execute a systemwide imaging strategy including an expanding outpatient imaging division.
