Job summary

CITGO Petroleum Corporation in the United States seeks a proactive Terminal Coordinator to support safe, efficient operation of PHMSA-regulated pipelines and tank farm activities. You will assist with truck loading, monitor transfer data, and ensure compliance with EPA, IURC, DOT and CITGO standards in a hands-on, entry-level capacity.

Responsibilities include coordinating product receipts and shipments, conducting quality checks, and supporting onboarding of transport drivers while maintaining

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education required.
• No prior experience required for entry level.
• Basic computer skills and math aptitude necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate PHMSA-regulated pipeline systems safely and reliably.
• Coordinate product receipts and shipments with multiple parties.
• Maintain inventories and calibrate terminal equipment.
• Onboard and supervise new transport drivers for loading/offloading.
• Inspect alarms, perform monthly tank checks and safety tasks.
