Job summary

Leidos is seeking a qualified System Architect / Technical Lead to support NIH, BAS program under the EAMSS contract. You will provide technical direction and architectural ownership for assigned BAS enterprise applications, implementing system architecture using best practices while leading the contractor team.

This onsite/hybrid role requires commuting distance to Bethesda, MD and availability to work on NIH facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 10+ years in technical leadership.
• Experience with system integration, architecture, and modernization.
• Knowledge of cloud computing, DevSecOps, and architectural governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement system architecture for BAS programs using best practices.
• Provide technical direction to contractor teams and mentor junior staff.
• Design, implement, test, and validate systems across components and data flows.
• Develop and maintain Architecture Plans and oversee releases and ARB processes.
