Responsibilities

• Analyzes and negotiates project scope and construction costs for tenant improvements and security installations in Senate state offices.
• Prepares, updates, and reviews construction drawings, including IT, telecom, LAN/WAN schematics, ensuring accuracy.
• Evaluates contractor quotes and proposals for scope, cost, and compliance with SAA standards.
• Coordinates with contractors, landlords, GSA project managers, and internal SAA departments for quality and documentation.
• Develops and implements quality assurance measures to identify deficiencies and ensure completion.
• Other duties as assigned.
