You will lead portfolio efforts, coordinate with IT, and mentor staff while implementing project standards and driving delivery. This role emphasizes collaboration, risk management, and results within Minnesota's housing finance context.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience managing complex projects in single‑family mortgage financing.
• Knowledge of risk management and issue resolution for regulatory or financial exposure.
• Ability to elicit business needs and translate into clear goals and tasks.
• Ability to write and manage project documentation and plans.
• Strong cross‑functional communication with multiple business units and IT.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to oversee multiple projects.
• Cultural competency and awareness of diverse world views.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deploy prioritized Single Family projects to support the division and agency plan.
• Lead Single Family efforts for Agency‑wide projects to meet division needs.
• Research and analyze new project opportunities from concept to implementation.
• Lead project portfolio, manage resources, and collaborate with IT.
• Establish and implement project management standards within the division.
• Participate in Single Family Business Operations team planning and leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
