Job summary

The Senior Workflow Coordinator for the Suicide Prevention Resource Center (SPRC) Communications Team at University of Oklahoma will provide project and process coordination to support development of high-quality resources that promote effective suicide prevention, taking SPRC materials from concept to publication.

This role is eligible for remote work depending on state of residence; duties include coordinating webinars, fact sheets, online courses, timelines, literature reviews, QA,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 18 months of experience in an educational setting.
• Equivalency/Substitution: 48 months of related experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree (total 66 months).
• Strong communication and project coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates workflow for development of professional learning experiences and materials throughout the review and editing process.
• Delivers and coordinates feedback to SPRC Initiative teams on training and product development activities.
• Develops and monitors timelines for communications activities including materials formatting and course design.
• Conducts literature reviews and needs analyses to support training and fact-checking.
• Monitors quality assurance/improvement processes for trainings and products.
• Supervises consultants and delegates tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintains project records and version control of materials.
• Plans and oversees cross-initiative projects and meetings, and summarizes outcomes.
