Responsibilities

• Review adolescent case materials and generate structured risk assessments for suicide and self-harm presentations.
• Apply validated tools (e.g., C-SSRS) and expert risk formulation to inform clear, actionable guidance.
• Differentiate between self-harm, suicidal ideation, and intent, and characterize acuity levels with precision.
• Recommend response protocols, including escalation pathways and safety planning.
• Document guidance in clear research-grade English for non-specialists to implement actions confidently.
• Benchmark and cross-reference risk judgments with guidelines and peer assessments.
