Musick, Peeler & Garrett LLP is seeking a Senior Labor & Employment (L&E) Associate/Junior Partner to join its California-based Labor & Employment practice. The role emphasizes complex litigation and high-stakes matters, with opportunities to lead cases and collaborate with experienced partners.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of L&E litigation experience, strong writing and advocacy skills, and a track record of managing casework independently while working within a team.

Formación

• JD or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 5+ years of relevant L&E litigation practice experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and run cases with partner input as needed.
• Draft and argue motions and conduct depositions and other discovery.
• Participate in trials and related proceedings, interacting with opposing counsel and clients.
• Lead matters on L&E issues for a diverse client base or be supported in bringing in business.
