Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and financial planning for the corporate side. You will build 3-statement models, perform variance analysis, and prepare reporting for senior leadership in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The role requires 3+ years in FP&A, a bachelor's in finance or accounting, and advanced Excel skills. This position offers remote work eligibility in many states, including Florida, with competitive salary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and post-acquisition budgets and forecasts.
• Participate in monthly variance analysis and month-end close processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and quarterly Board presentations.
• Prepare lender presentations and compliance certificates.
• Build 3-statement financial models to deliver insights on company-wide performance.
• Monitor liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and capital requirements.
• Prepare internal and external reporting and analysis.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed.
