SGA Dental Partners is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting across the corporate side. The role reports to the Director of FP&A and collaborates with staff at Director, VP, and Executive levels.

The position emphasizes liquidity monitoring, variance analysis, and preparing Board and lender materials. Eligible for remote work in many states including Michigan, with a focus on analytical rigor and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis and modeling.
• Experience with Sage Intacct and Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and post-acquisition budgets and forecasts.
• Participate in monthly variance analysis and month-end close.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and quarterly Board presentations.
• Prepare lender presentations and compliance certificates.
• Build 3-statement financial models for company-wide insights.
• Monitor liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and capital needs.
• Prepare internal and external reporting and analysis.
• Contribute to ad-hoc analyses as needed.
