• Establish and enforce data engineering standards, automation, quality checks, and CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HEOR, Statisticians, and Medical.
• Provide technical guidance on data asset lifecycle and best practices.

Role: Lead data engineering for Lilly's real-world data (RWD) infrastructure, supporting end-to-end pipeline development and data product creation across multiple therapeutic areas to facilitate evidence generation and analytics.
