Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Two years of professional experience in contract management or procurement.
• Experience managing contracts post-award through full lifecycle.
• Ability to monitor contracts, prepare monitoring reports and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Procurement and contract development for a broad range of contracts.
• Manage contract negotiations, amendments, and documentation.
• Monitor contracts, including invoices, budgets and performance.
• Prepare reports and maintain contract files in agency systems.
• Perform contract close-out activities and process improvements.
