Qualifications

• Accredited professional architecture degree (B.Arch, M.Arch, or D.Arch) or equivalent internationally.
• Architectural license in good standing within home state, with reciprocal licensure through NCARB.
• Seven years professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of design for small projects from programming to construction administration.
• Coordinate meetings to document client, code and program requirements.
• Develop and generate BIM models and documentation using Revit.
• Produce life safety analyses, floor plans, sections, and schedules.
• Mentor architectural interns and act as Architect of Record on small projects.
