Job summary

KMS Solutions, LLC is seeking a NSW Program Analyst in Alexandria, VA to provide senior-level acquisition and technical support to NAVSEA PMS 340 and NSW programs. The role emphasizes planning, execution, sustainment, and modernization across Navy programs with strong analytical coordination across domains.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of related experience; DoD clearance eligibility is required, and telework up to 60% may be possible under contract terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in acquisition, technical analysis, program management, or defense program support.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of acquisition programs, including tracking milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
• Assist in developing and maintaining acquisition documentation, schedules, life-cycle plans, and compliance materials.
• Provide cost, schedule, and performance analysis and support program reviews and decision forums.
• Assist in development, review, and coordination of technical documentation, system requirements, and test-related materials.
• Support evaluation of system capabilities, technology upgrades, and mission impacts.
• Coordinate meetings, reviews, and technical working groups with government and industry partners.
• Prepare program communication materials such as reports, presentations, and summaries.
