Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of right of way acquisition experience.
• Preferably include experience utilizing the Uniform Relocation Act.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide land acquisition services throughout the right-of-way lifecycle.
• Review and correct title takeoffs and ROW documents.
• Negotiate and secure parcels through counteroffers.
• Conduct final title checks and manage back taxes.
• Submit and track offer letters and Releases of Damages.
