Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of right of way acquisition experience.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Dropbox.

Responsibilities

• Provide land acquisition services throughout the right-of-way lifecycle.
• Review and correct title takeoffs and ROW documents.
• Negotiate and secure parcels through approved counteroffers.
• Maintain contact documentation and manage back taxes.
• Handle administrative tasks including filing deeds and notifications.
