Job summary

AG Consulting Partners seeks a Responsible AI Review PM to guide compliance, fairness, and governance of AI deployments within HR and privacy programs. You will review RAIs, evaluate AI-enabled systems, and collaborate with legal, engineering, and data governance teams to ensure Responsible AI standards are met.

This role requires 5+ years in compliance or AI risk governance, strong project management, and the ability to translate complex guidance into actionable steps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, privacy, security, or AI risk governance.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing AI assessments, applications, or technology deployments to determine compliance with internal or external policies.
• Proven ability to interpret compliance requirements and clarify ambiguous or emerging AI guidance.
• Strong project management skills, including strategic thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage timelines and blockers.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing Responsible AI (RAI) Impact Assessments and providing feedback based on guidance and internal standards.
• Evaluating AI-enabled systems, agents, and third-party technology implementations and making initial recommendations for approval or rejection.
• Analyzing system deliverables to ensure alignment with Responsible AI policies and governance.
• Tracking engagement status in the HR RAI Program Case Management Tool to ensure visibility and accountability.
• Responding to inquiries from stakeholders across HR, Responsible AI, Privacy, Legal, and Data Governance teams.
• Educating stakeholders about Responsible AI standards to ensure compliance.
• Identifying new Responsible AI risk areas and flagging potential issues to leadership.
