Job summary

This role blends hands-on reviews with operational design, tooling enablement, and measurable governance outcomes. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in compliance/privacy/security or AI risk governance and a track record turning strategy into scalable processes, documents, and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in compliance, privacy, security, or AI risk governance.
• Experience reviewing AI assessments for compliance.
• Strong program execution and operational delivery experience.
• Experience creating program artifacts: docs, playbooks, requirements.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform Responsible AI impact assessment reviews and related compliance activities.
• Guide HR stakeholders through compliance processes and identify risks.
• Document review outcomes, recommendations, and decisions.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve review effectiveness.
• Translate governance requirements into operational processes and tooling.
• Develop requirements, user stories, and implementation plans.
