Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with science-related coursework (biology, chemistry, geology, environmental health).
• Five years REHS experience or three years with a Master's or one year with a Ph.D.
• Ohio REHS registration and any required licenses to be obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to staff performing inspections to ensure compliance with laws and regs.
• Oversee investigations of complaints to mitigate public health risks.
• Monitor reports and authorize submissions to appropriate parties.
