Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking an Administrator, Raw Materials in Clinton, IA to analyze MRP, plan raw material procurement, and issue purchase orders. The role includes inventory forecasting, SAP maintenance, and coordinating hazardous materials shipments to support production schedules.

Responsibilities include monthly cycle counts, materials reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with 49 CFR regulations while interacting with suppliers and internal customers to meet tight production deadlines.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of plant operations, materials management and ISO Quality System.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with raw materials management, purchasing, and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze MRP to determine raw material requirements and schedule deliveries.
• Purchase raw materials, issue requisitions, and manage supplier coordination.
• Maintain SAP records, perform cycle counts, and ensure FIFO material flow.
• Coordinate hazardous materials handling and regulatory compliance.
• Support audits and document vendor performance and material quality.
