Job summary

M Booth & Associates is seeking an Account Coordinator for its Consumer Brands team. You will support two leading consumer brands by executing integrated PR campaigns, earning media coverage, coordinating influencer activations, and keeping projects organized.

Responsibilities include media relations, influencer programming, team coordination, and reporting. A Bachelor’s degree and 0–1 year experience are typical; strong communication and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of experience (internships included).
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for clarity, tone, and grammatical precision.
• Polished (in-person and virtual) presence and confident voice.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain media lists using industry tools (e.g., Muck Rack, Cision).
• Begin developing relationships with key media contacts and craft pitches.
• Coordinate media product requests and sendouts.
• Build curated influencer rosters aligned with objectives and track deliverables.
• Manage influencer relationships, including outreach and content review with team guidance.
• Schedule internal/client calls, set agendas, and circulate detailed recaps.
• Oversee account organization, media trackers, and shared drives.
• Support execution of brand events, media desksides, and other program elements.
• Monitor earned media and update coverage tracker in real time.
• Support monthly and programmatic reporting.
• Proactively communicate project status and collaborate with team leads.
• Engage across team channels and share perspectives.
