PharMerica, a BrightSpring Health Services affiliate, seeks a full-time Customer Service Pharmacy Technician in Vancouver, WA. You will enter and process medication orders, collaborate with pharmacists, and maintain compliance with regulations.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, efficiency, and handling high-volume workflows in a fast-paced environment. The position offers remote work after a 180-day training period with performance metrics, and requires WA license and basic healthcare

Qualifications

• Washington State Pharmacy Assistant registration required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year of previous experience with direct client communication - customer service
• Prior healthcare/pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Must have good oral communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Answer and submit inquiries regarding patient information and medication therapies
• Take requests for refill orders, out on pass, patient discharge orders, and special delivery requests
• Assist the pharmacist with facility and physician office communications
• Obtain patient information for our database by calling patient care representatives and physician offices
• Utilize judgement in knowing when to escalate issues to the management level
• Utilize various programs such as Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Word
• Complete assigned projects upon request in a timely manner
• Perform other tasks as assigned
