PharMerica in Vancouver, WA is hiring full-time Customer Service Pharmacy Technicians to support long-term care and senior living communities. You will enter and process medication orders, verify information, and ensure safe patient care while collaborating with pharmacists.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage a high-volume workflow in a fast-paced environment. Remote work is available after 180 days of training upon meeting performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Washington State Pharmacy Assistant registration required.
• One year of experience in direct client communication / customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between pharmacy, providers and facilities to resolve prescription issues promptly.
• Take refill requests and special delivery requests.
• Assist the pharmacist with facility and physician office communications.
• Obtain patient information for the database by calling patient care representatives and physician offices.
• Utilize Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Word for daily tasks.
• Complete assigned projects in a timely manner.
