Job summary

PharMerica is hiring full-time Pharmacy Technicians in Vancouver, WA to support our closed-door, non-retail pharmacy team. You will handle medication orders, data entry, and service for healthcare facilities, nurses, and internal teams with a focus on accuracy and customer care.

Qualified candidates hold a Washington Pharmacy Technician License and PTCB certification (or have 6 months to obtain it). We offer training, diverse schedules, and benefits including tuition reimbursement and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Washington Pharmacy Technician License - REQUIRED
• PTCB Certification with 6 months to obtain after hire

Responsibilities

• Enter and verify medication orders in a computerized system with accuracy.
• Perform basic drug calculations and conversions.
• Investigate and resolve pharmacy claim denials; follow up in POS systems.
• Stay current with Medicaid claim regulations and ensure compliant processing.
• Track unpaid or delayed claims and generate reports for management.
• Provide excellent customer service aligned with company values.
• Assist with medication preparation and dispensing under Pharmacist supervision.
• Support additional pharmacy tasks and operations as directed by management.
