Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field is required.
• CPA or CTP certification preferred but not required.
• 3–6+ years of experience in treasury operations, accounts payable, payment processing and funding, or related accounting/treasury services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute treasury operations, including payment processing, funding requests, and cash positioning.
• Review and monitor accounts payable activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and internal control compliance.
• Perform or review reconciliations, identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for client processes to support standardized operations.
• Contribute to automation and process improvement to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Serve as a client-facing point of contact and provide financial reporting and updates.
• Strengthen internal controls to mitigate risk and ensure secure disbursement processes.
• Support staff training and supervision to ensure efficient operations.
