Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support global treasury operations, including cash positioning and payments, bank account management, intercompany, and banking administration.
• Partner with various departments to create and manage a direct cash flow forecast by gathering information on cash flows, pending transactions, and upcoming financial needs.
• Collaborate with the broader treasury on implementing and utilizing treasury management systems and other technology tools to automate and streamline processes.
• Design and manage dashboards and reporting tools to provide real‑time visibility into cash positions, liquidity, and treasury metrics.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for treasury operations to ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards (SOX Controls).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Accounting, Finance and Tax, to align Treasury activities with broader financial objectives.

We are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst, Cash Management & Operations, to continue scaling our global treasury program. In this role, you will help optimize our global cash management operations. This individual will be responsible for managing daily treasury activities, including cash positioning, bank account management and fintech solutions, while also playing a key role optimizing the treasury technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support global treasury operations, including cash positioning and payments, bank account management, intercompany, and banking administration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• 5+ years of experience in treasury management
• Knowledge of global banking and payments, cash forecasting, and financial modeling
• Experience with treasury management systems and related applications
• Enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality and ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business and banking partners
• Strong partnership and management skills and the ability to collaboratively work with multiple stakeholders across the organization

Nice to Have

• MBA or CTP
• Global treasury experience with multinational companies
• Prior experience implementing or optimizing treasury management systems and related applications
• Understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks
• Experience working in or supporting fintech and business operations in a high‑growth environment
• SaaS or Fintech experience

Salary range: $104,000 – $166,000 USD.
