Job summary

Enhanced Computing Solutions is seeking a Network Administrator II to provide advanced network engineering and systems infrastructure support. You will handle escalated issues, design and implement enterprise networks, and mentor junior staff within a Service Delivery framework.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in network maintenance, Windows Server/Azure experience, and strong knowledge of VPNs, SonicWall, and 365.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in high-level network maintenance, configuration, and administration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience with Windows Server and Azure environments.
• Advanced knowledge of network design principles and enterprise architectures.
• Experience with SonicWall firewalls and network security appliances.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 platform.
• Experience collaborating with vendors for troubleshooting of hardware/software.
• Proven ability to configure and troubleshoot VPN technologies.
• Advanced TCP/IP networking knowledge and troubleshooting methodology.
• Ability to document complex networking and systems processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated tickets on complex network and systems issues.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for network infrastructure problems affecting client operations.
• Maintain and update documentation of network designs, configurations, and procedures.
• Mentor junior technicians and share high-level technical guidance.
• Support project teams with network design and implementation for client deployments.
• Collaborate on network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure optimization.
• Communicate ticket status to clients and escalate when needed.
