Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds to messages from digital customer support and phone inquiries.
• Cross-sell or refer to appropriate business line to deepen relationships.
• Support and participate in bank initiatives and sales campaigns.
• Assist during high call volume to support call center KPIs.
• Process customer account documentation to ensure compliance.
• Mentor new team members as shadow buddy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Beacon Bank products, laws, and policies.
