Job summary

College Now seeks a Manager of Advising Programs and Services to lead program design, planning, and evaluation across community sites. The role acts as liaison between schools and College Now, supporting staff and coordinating services with stakeholders.

The position requires 3–5 years in education or nonprofit work, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication, data analysis, and project management skills. Hybrid schedule with some evenings/weekends is typical.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, sociology, psychology, or nonprofit management or related field.
• Master’s degree in education, social work, counseling, or public health preferred.
• Experience in education, higher ed, or non-profit organizations; direct service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan advising programs to align with goals.
• Manage projects across schools and partner sites and monitor progress.
• Track budgets and ensure expenditures stay within limits.
• Lead, train, and support staff in program delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records in data systems.
