Bottom Line in New York is seeking an Access Team Manager to lead a team of 5–6 College Access Advisors and directly support a caseload of up to 10 students. The role emphasizes program delivery, staff development, and data-informed decision making to advance college access for first-generation students.

Responsibilities include project planning, budget oversight, recruitment support, and regular performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of related post-graduate work experience.
• 2-3 years of direct people and project management experience.
• Excellent leadership, data analysis, problem solving, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience developing trusting relationships with our population of students.
• Fluency in language other than English is a plus (e.g., Spanish, Haitian Creole/French, Chinese).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to 5–6 College Access Advisors.
• Directly support a reduced caseload of up to 10 students.
• Oversee staff development, performance, satisfaction, and retention.
• Track and record student progress using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Manage program resources and budgets within guidelines.
• Collaborate with APD and SRPM on recruitment and program improvements.
