Bottom Line in New York is seeking an Access Team Manager to lead a team of 5–6 College Access Advisors and directly support up to 10 students. You will drive program quality, staff development, and data-driven outcomes across multiple responsibilities from college access to external partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of related post-graduate work experience.
• 2-3 years of direct people and project management experience.
• Excellent leadership, data analysis, problem solving, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience developing trusting relationships with our population of students.
• Demonstrated commitment to Bottom Line's Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
• Advanced proficiency in Bottom Line's seven core competencies: Relationships, Results, Communication, Inclusiveness, Talent Development, Agility, and Planning.
• The ability to make a minimum of a two-year commitment.

Responsibilities

• Program Management: ensure delivery of high-quality services and manage 5–6 College Access Advisors.
• Staff Management: conduct one-on-one progress reviews and support hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Direct Student Support: guide up to 10 high school seniors and develop individualized college lists.
• External Relationships: build relationships with high schools, scholarship orgs, and community partners to support students.
• Organizational Support: back other teams, support events, and promote the Bottom Line brand.
• Work Schedule: core hours with additional hours as needed; typical schedule includes evenings and occasional Saturdays.
